Most Popular Browsers

How will Chrome continue to be relevant in the fast-paced society that we are in? We explore this in this guide.

Why Chrome?

Chrome

Why is Google Chrome the go-to for most people? Right now, Google Chrome is at the top, but will it stay there? Why do people use the browser for so many different and vast things? Chrome is one of the fastest browsers and supposedly safest, it has millions of websites, articles, and more at your disposal. All of which can be accessed with one click.

It has been designed to be the fastest browser and to be more powerful, which is a pivotal factor in gaining popularity and keeping users continually coming back.

It is one of the most secure browsers as well as allowing you to control what you want to be seen by the websites, as well as cookies and data. This can all be found in the settings options of it very easily. The marketing focuses a lot of time on telling the customers about it, which gives people more inclination to use it.

Don’t you love the look of chrome? It is so simplistic, clean, and has color. The simplicity of it draws you in as well as making it easy to navigate around for a beginner user. The cleanness of the browsers makes it visually appealing, and it constantly updates following themes and national days around the world.

Why Safari?

Do you use Safari? Why? Well, for one thing, it comes built-in for an Apple Mac. You can play the best games for  Mac with the Safari browser. Unlike Chrome, Safari doesn’t drain the battery – it’s power efficient and lets you use your phone longer either surfing the internet or watching cat videos.

Faster on iPhones, which means it’s more convenient for people with iPhones to use it, creating loyal users. Chrome is notoriously known for stealing data while there is not nearly as much bad press on Safari taking data, which makes everyone willing to use it for personal safety.

There is a long-running Joke that you should just ‘Google it’. It is now a common phrase when something is unknown, this also gets more people instinctively to go to it when wanting to find out information. Pre-installed browsers are on all modern phones, which helps the battle between the two browser giants. On all Android phones Google there are services such as Chrome, Gmail, and Maps.

Android phones are the most used with 70% using Android, giving it the advantage. Google continually advertises new features and updates which opens the market as a big audience is subconsciously exposed to its platform.

However, there aren’t many safari adverts compared to Google and all the apps that come with it. On all iPhones safari is used but only 30% use iPhones, which makes it exclusive. The exclusivity is what makes Chrome a go-to as Chrome is more accessible.

Do You Know:  Google Chrome wins the most famed browser frame over Safari majorly due to its efficient features like bookmark manager, tab organizer, and much more.

Conclusion

Can it? What would make people use safari as a go-to? It is so engrained to use Chrome, how is there any chance that it can overtake Chrome? The young generation is fast. Who knows what will happen in a few years? Will the phrase be ‘Safari it’? IPhones could take over Android or become faster and more secure.

Whatever may be the tale of the future, currently Chrome is winning the user-based charts for design and functions but Safari is much safer as it prioritizes users’ data and keeps it safe.
